Leesa (M.Ed., CAP, LMHC)
Founder & CEO
Leesa is the Founder and CEO of BaysideCEU. Since launching the company in 2001, she has dedicated her career to making high-quality, affordable, and accessible continuing education available to professionals nationwide.
Originally working as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Leesa experienced firsthand how inconvenient and time-consuming the CE renewal process could be. Frustrated with outdated systems and scattered content, she set out to create a better way — and BaysideCEU was born.
Today, the platform offers over 350 certified courses, serves more than 200 mental health facilities, and issued over 230,000 certificates in 2024 alone. Nearly 50,000 professionals use the platform each year to meet licensing and certification needs with ease.
Rob (B.S)
Co-Founder
Rob is Co-Founder of BaysideCEU and brings over 25 years of experience in sales, management, and claims, with a strong focus on the dental industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Central Florida and has lectured at numerous dental universities and professional associations.
With a passion for the technical side of healthcare, Rob understands what clients need from both a service and systems perspective — and helps ensure BaysideCEU delivers both.
Ethan (B.S)
VP of Technical Development
Ethan originally pursued a degree in Entertainment Management, where he developed a passion for behind-the-scenes operations while working at Universal Studios. This interest led him to further his education in web development at the University of Central Florida.
Today, Ethan leads technical development at BaysideCEU, managing projects that improve functionality, optimize the user experience, and ensure the platform runs smoothly for thousands of users.
Carson (B.S)
VP of Marketing and Customer Experience
Carson leads branding, marketing, and customer experience at BaysideCEU. With a B.S. from the University of Central Florida, he combines creative strategy with technical know-how to shape how users see and interact with the platform.
He played a major role in BaysideCEU’s full website overhaul, from designing the look and feel to optimizing the layout, language, and functionality. His work ensures the site not only looks professional but also performs efficiently and ranks well in search.
Carson also manages email and ad campaigns, oversees social media, and drives SEO strategy. He focuses on clear communication, user feedback, and retention — always aiming to make BaysideCEU engaging, trustworthy, and easy to return to.
Additional Team + Content Creator Collective:
- Roger is a Certified Alcohol Professional with over 20 years of experience in outpatient and group settings. He is highly knowledgeable in the substance abuse field and has authored more than 20 courses.
- Stacy serves as our Dental Consultant. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist, clinician, coach, and Regional Hygiene Trainer with extensive experience in the dental field.
- Jean is a member of our Dental Planning Committee and is also a Registered Dental Hygienist.
- Stephanie is our Social Work Consultant. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in private practice, as well as a Collaborative Law Divorce Coach, Mediator, and member of the Amicable Divorce Network.
